Spirit, we complete races such as the LaSalle Bank Chicago Marathon, to inspire, celebrate, and be an example of self respect and healthy living. |

Mid-Michigan Girls on the Run The after-school program combines training to participate in a running event with self-esteem enhancing, uplifting workouts and a community service project. The teams - which consist of 8 to 15 girls - meet two times per week right after school. More Info |

Playmakers/MSU Injury Clinics An MSU Sports Med Professional will be on hand to answer questions on training, injuries, stretching, strengthening exercises, proper footwear and insoles. Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. |
