- Playmakers will ship all orders within 48 hours of being received. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday unless that day is a holiday wherein UPS does not deliver. Orders will be shipped using UPS and a tracking code will be e-mailed to each customer when available. If shipping to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO address, USPS will be used. A flat rate of $8.95 per order will be charged for all purchases, unless placing an order of more than $100, in which all shipping charges will be waived. Currently, orders can only be shipped to USA addresses. Please e-mail us at store@playmakers.com for further questions or inquires.
- Privacy and security
- We respect your privacy at Playmakers. When you place an order with us, we collect your name, address, email address, telephone number and credit card information. Credit cards will be authorized using secure servers at authorize.net while all information will be kept on secure servers. Your name, address, and e-mail information will be kept on file and used only for future contacts from Playmakers about additional opportunities to purchase gear. Your personal information will not be shared with anyone outside of Playmakers.
- Returns and replacements
- All Playmakers purchases through the www.store.playmakers.com will be eligible for a return or exchange. Please contact us at store@playmakers.com or 877-467-6537, if you have questions about your product or need to set up a return or exchange via delivery service (USPS, UPS, Fedex). The buyer is responsible for the shipping of all returns or exchanges back to the Playmakers store in Okemos, Mi. Playmakers will provide free shipping of all products in exchanges back to the customer. You can also bring your purchase to Playmakers and proceed with the transaction in person. (See www.playmakers.com for maps) All returns or exchanges must be made using a valid receipt which will be included with all purchases.
- Ordering
- When placing an order through Playmakers, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button once you have selected your item(s) that you would like to purchase. Here, you can either proceed as a guest or decide to log into a personalized account. Continue to fill out all the required information and submit your order. Once an order has been placed, you will received an automated e-mail within 24 hours followed by a personalized e-mail with a specific UPS tracking number once it becomes available. - Payment, pricing and promotions
- The prices listed on the Playmakers online shopping website are the final prices. Orders under $100 will be subject to a $8.95 shipping charge and all state and local online tax laws will be abided by when computing the final payment. Payments must be made by filling out all required information on the Playmakers online shopping website. Purchases can also be made by visiting Playmakers in Okemos, Michigan. - Viewing orders
- Log into your account by selecting My Account to view your order. If you used Guest Checkout, your confirmation e-mail will contain a link to your order information.
- Updating account information
- You can update your account information by going to My Account and logging in with the username and password that you set up at your checkout.
