Schedule Your In-Store Appointment

Thank you for scheduling an in-store appointment with Playmakers. We are currently open for appointments only with a limit of one guest per appointment slot. If you have more than one guest in your party, we kindly ask that you make additional appointments for each guest. During your visit you will meet with a Playmakers Fit Specialist to review your product needs while maintaining proper social distance. After each appointment, the Playmakers staff will thoroughly clean the Fit Station and any other area visited in the store and wash their hands before interacting with the next guest.

When coming to your appointment, wearing a mask is required. Please provide your own mask if available. If you do not have a mask, Playmakers will provide you with a disposable one. Our employees will also be wearing masks for your safety.

Virtual HomeFIT Appointments and our online store will still be available to those who are unable to shop in-store.

Exchanges and returns can be made at this time in-store, online, or curbside. Customers do not need an appointment for a return transaction, but will be limited to one customer at a time. Those making an exchange and would like to try on additional products must make an appointment.
