A Note From The Owners

Appreciation and gratitude toward the Playmakers community during Covid-19

April 15, 2020 / Playmakers / No Comments

Dear Playmakers community,

We may be living through our greatest adversity. In spite of the many challenges of COVID-19, we have witnessed amazing acts of courage and compassion — from our heroes on the front lines of the hospitals and medical care facilities, to the amazing people that are courageously keeping our country running. There are countless other heroes, not in the spotlight, but making sacrifices every day. So many are giving their all to keep their family and friends together and healthy. We acknowledge you. We thank you. You are not alone.

Playmakers has been so truly blessed to be a part of the mid-Michigan community for almost 40 years. You, the community, have always been there for us. You have been loyal patrons that have given us an opportunity to operate a successful business and give back to our awesome community. Most importantly, you have allowed us to be a part of your lives. Over the years, you have shared your training goals, vacation plans, personal successes, and at times, your sorrows. Together, we have experienced amazing runs/walks, community clinics, high school meets, crazy sales, successful races and fun events. We love nothing more than to gather together as a community and move in some way — especially when we come together to help support one of the many local charities or non-profit organizations. We are in awe of the generosity in our community. We thank you for your continued support of Playmakers, YOU ARE GIVING BACK.

We will all make it through this challenge. We are choosing positivity everyday and wishing each and every one of you health and happiness. Looking forward to the time when we will see you again in the store, at an event, or on the move.

Until then,

Brian, John and Tom
