As we navigate this challenging time, we want to share with you some updates. In response to the latest developments on COVID-19, Playmakers is taking necessary measures of prevention, precaution, and preparedness to protect our customers, event participants, and staff that compose our active & supportive community.
It is of the utmost importance of Playmakers to prioritize the health, safety, and well-being of those in our community and beyond. In order to do so, we will be following the appropriate protocol and instructions advised by our local and national government and health officials.
Effective immediately in-store:
- Sanitizers, cleaning products and gloves are placed in accessible locations throughout the store for customers and staff.
- Increased cleaning efforts have been implemented.
For those who prefer to shop remotely, our online store will remain open 24/7. We will also be accessible by phone during normal business hours. We will be providing free shipping for both online and
phone orders during this time.
Beyond the doors of the store, the event team will be closely monitoring the situation of each individual event and diligently working to make the appropriate decisions for the safety of participants, staff, and volunteers. As decisions are made, it is our top priority to communicate with event participants and address any questions or concerns that arise.
Since 1981, our mission is to provide the most enjoyable and productive environment to work, shop, and visit. Stay-up-to-date on the current status of store hours, events, and other announcements by texting "playmakers" to 557711 or visiting playmakers.com.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding in this time. Throughout our 39 years in the community, we have shared many good times & worked together through a few challenging. We are lucky to be a part of this strong community and TOGETHER we will persevere.
