The Junior Greater Lansing Honor Roll Track and Field Championship is back in 2023 for middle school track and field athletes.
Spectator Entrance:
The entry fee is $5.00 with CASH onsite or save time and purchase your Tickets Online!

Athlete/Coach Entrance:
All Middle School coaches and athletes dressed in their school uniform will receive complimentary entry into the Junior Honor Roll Championship.
Awards:
- Top 8 Individuals/Relays will receive awards in each event.
- Top 3 Individuals/Relays in each event will be honored on the awards stand after their event.
How It Works:
Coaches from competing teams can enter athletes/relays appearing in the top 30 (individuals) and 16 (relays) in each event on the Junior Honor Roll Performance List. Entries must be made between Thursday, May 25 and Monday, May 29. Once all entries are tabulated, the performances within the corresponding event/numbers below will be invited to participate in the 2023 Junior Honor Roll Meet of Champions. The final list of entries will be published by noon on Tuesday, May 30 and invited to participate on Wednesday, May 31.
The following are the number of performers in each event in 2023:
- 16 athletes per gender (two sections) in the laned running events
- 12 athletes per gender in Pole Vault & High Jump
- 16 athletes per gender in Long Jump & Shot Put
- 8 teams per gender in each 4X100, 4X200, 4X400, and 12 teams in 4X800
- 16 athletes per gender in the 1,600 & 3,200 run
- 20 athletes per gender in the 800 run (2 heats)
