Women's Training Team
Looking to run or walk with an enthusiastic group of empowering women? This team is fitness-focused, with a goal of training to complete a 5K at the end of the session. The team meets once a week for 12-13 weeks in each session. There are 3 sessions throughout the year.
Men's Training Team
Is it time to achieve your goal of running/walking a 5K? The Playmakers Men’s Training Team is a supportive, encouraging bunch with a goal of completing a 5K at the end of the session. The team meets once a week for 12-13 weeks in each session. There are 3 sessions throughout the year.

Team Playmakers Any Distance Any Pace is designed to support people of all abilities. If you're training for a race with distances from a 5K to a marathon, looking to better your time or improve technique, the ADAP Training Team can help you achieve your goals while providing a social network in a supportive environment.
